As a mom, I try to keep my children safe and healthy. Of course, the products we use everyday in our home can affect our overall health, so I am more careful about what I use now.
A while back, I discovered Green Works all-natural cleaning products for the home, and I've been using these products ever since!
Greek Works products contain no harsh chemical fumes or residue, and are plant and mineral based, which help you create a clean, healthy home.
The smell is fresh and light and reminds me of a summer day.
I was given some products from Green Works recently, and included in my package were new products I was not yet using—Green Works dishwashing liquid soap and their new laundry detergent. I'm pleased to report I've been really happy with the results!
Green Works is also giving away three packages to three of my lucky readers, too!
To enter to win a fabulous package of Green Works products, just leave me a comment telling me what your green cleaning tips are!
For more information on and coupons for Green Works, visit their website.
Contest is open to Canadian residents only. I'll pick a winner randomly on April 22!
Good Luck!

I clean my tub with baking soda and water. Sometimes I stay vinegar on it. But not always. It works amazingly well :) I used to do my toilets that way but lately I am too much in a rush and use regular (environmentally friendly) toilet cleaner.
ReplyDeleteMy green tips are lemon and olive oil as a furniture polish!
ReplyDeleteThanks for this splendid giveaway

ReplyDeleteI use a spray bottle with a mix of 1/3 white vinegar, 2/3 water for cleaning almost all surfaces around my house. It's cheap, healthy and effective. I'd love to try some of these products too!
ReplyDeleteI have used the Green Works products before and love them. I always try to use an environmentally friendly product (healthier for the kids too!) and use rags rather than paper towels when cleaning.
ReplyDeleteMy green tip is to use newspaper instead of paper towels when cleaning windows. Use water and vinegar instead of harsh cleaners

I've used the Green products before and I really liked them a lot so I'm liking this giveaway. I try to be "enviromentally friendly" but it's hard when you're a germaphobe - so I tend to use paper towels instead of cloths and I'm a big fan of Clorox wipes. But if I can use a healthier product that is as effective, I'm all for it.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite green cleaning tip is to use the shortest cycle onthe dishwasher. It is almost always enough to get the dishes clean.

I like to use a paste of lemon juice and baking soda to make my stainless sink sparkle. I also uses old newspaper instead of paper towels when cleaning windows and mirrors.
