As a mom of two children, I like to raise awareness of organizations that do good for other children, especially for children who are sick or in need. Feed The Children Canada, who has changed its name to Speroway - is an organization I'm proud to support because of all the work they do for needy children here in Canada, and as far away as Haiti.
Speroway is a registered Canadian charity that responds to the needs of children and their families here in Canada and around the world by providing food, medicine, education, and other essentials. They deliver and distribute more than 13.5 million pounds of food in 32 countries around the world.
Their new goal? To build a medical clinic in Haiti! And to help raise awareness of this worthwhile cause, they're running a pretty amazing contest right now. Just check out this prize pack:
